Hola everyone!

As we write, we have just returned from the worship service at the Villalba Church. We enjoyed spending time with the believers praising and worshipping God. We also were happy to see Alejandro speaking Spanish to all of his friends. Ana is still a little apprehensive about being away from us, so she stayed in the worship service with us. On a sad note, today was a days of "goodbyes" for the church. Four of the young people from the church will be going to the States this coming week to have a cross-cultural experience and improve their English. Three of our missionary families will also be leaving Spain this week to return to the States: Josh and Christi Smith, Jeff and Susan Turnbough, and Matthew and Brooke Turnbough. They will be greatly missed here, but we are already looking forward to their return. Please pray for them as they make final preparations to leave. When we returned to Alpedrete, we were surprised to find out that Alejandro's school still had one more week before the summer break. We took him by there to say hello to everyone and he ended up going to school the rest of the week. We were especially excited to be able to re-connect with many of the parents in his class and already have some tentative dates to get together during the summer. (If we were looking for a "positive" of having to return to Spain early, this would definitely be it!) Please pray for the witness we have in the pueblo of Alpedrete. We are earnestly seeking ways to lead these contacts that we've made to the Truth of the Gospel. Pray that God would open new doors, guide our conversations, and work in the hearts of people that we meet each day. Have a wonderful week!

Tim, Kristi, Alejandro, and Ana
